El Teatro Campesino presents Dia De Los Muertos

For over 30 years El Teatro Campesino, The Farmworkers Theater of America located in San Juan Bautista has been
celebrating Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in their own unique and memorable style at their Playhouse located on 705
Fourth Street.
This year ETC will present 6 performances in the playhouse beginning  opening weekend Oct. 31st at 8:00p.m. by collaborating
with Esperanza del Valle. The Mission  of Esperanza del Valle is to cultivate and promote pride and understanding of the
Mexican culture through its rich folkloric dances rooted in the merging of our indigenous, European and African heritage.
Together El Teatro Campesino and Esperanza del Valle will present an evening of fabulous entertainment.  Additional events:
•        Gallery of traditional and artistic altars / ofrendas in our Playhouse
•        Procession through old San Juan Bautista at 7:00p.m. (Sat.  Nov. 1st only)
•        Family fun including: Face Painting, Sugar Skull Decorating, Snacks and mucho, mucho more!

Children (12-) $12
